Official Title

POLARIS: PALBOCICLIB IN HORMONE RECEPTOR POSITIVE ADVANCED BREAST CANCER: A PROSPECTIVE MULTICENTER NON-INTERVENTIONAL STUDY

Summary:

This Non-Interventional Study will describe and analyze the clinical use of palbociclib in routine clinical practice in the treatment of advanced breast cancer.

Trial Description

Primary Outcome:

  • Clinical outcome
  • Patient quality of life, as measured by EORTC QLQ-C30
  • Geriatric Assessments in patients equal to or greater than 70 years of age at enrollment, as assessed by G8 Screening Tool
  • Geriatric Assessments in patients equal to or greater than 70 years of age at enrollment, as assessed by Activities of Daily Living
  • Biomarker Assessment
